The suites are spacious and the breakfast with made-to-order options is great. Parking is a mess, and the hot water took too long to warm up. Lots of activities nearby, including a golf course. Staff was friendly but needs training for better service.

The complimentary snacks hit the spot. The lobby has a nice vibe and the overall cleanliness is top notch, not counting the hidden shoe mystery.
Some staff seemed grumpy and tough to find when I needed help.

The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from attractions. The facilities feel a bit dated and need updates. Breakfast options like made-to-order omelets were great. Parking is tricky, costing an extra $10 per day.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to downtown and many attractions, like Hot Springs National Park, which is just a short walk away, along with the impressive Mountain Tower that I could view from my room; the nearby paved Greenbelt and hiking trails were perfect for long, relaxing walks and bike rides along the creek, making it a great spot for anyone who enjoys exploring new cities and soaking in nature. The hotel itself was comfortable with great breakfast options and friendly staff, but I did notice it could use some updating to enhance the overall experience.

Great indoor pool and spacious rooms. Luggage storage was slow and needed improvement.

First, they couldn’t find our reservation, even though I had proof. Then the room was dark and overlooked loud AC units. It felt more like a hassle than a getaway, totally not what we expected.

Fantastic bar staff saved the day after disappointing experiences in local eateries. Beautiful lobby and friendly dining staff brightened mornings, but the room was a letdown—damaged and poorly maintained with awkward window visibility. Chelsea, the manager, dismissed valid concerns about extra charges and dirty rooms, which felt frustrating. Daily towel requests were tedious, and the indoor pool, a huge draw for my daughter's birthday getaway, was uncomfortably cold with a long wait for towels. Highlights existed, but glaring issues made for a mixed experience overall.

Staff was friendly and the golf course was enjoyable. The elevators and pool area could definitely use better cleaning.

During our recent stay at Embassy Suites, we were impressed with the convenient location near our venue for a cheer competition. It was handy for getting to and from the event without any hassle. The breakfast served at the hotel was quite good, offering a decent spread to start the day. there were several aspects of our stay that left much to be desired. The check-in process was handled poorly by a clerk who seemed more focused on taking payment than providing essential information. We were misled about parking arrangements and had to figure out how to obtain housekeeping services ourselves. The room we were assigned felt neglected and unclean, with stains on the carpet and outdated furniture that was not welcoming. The TV remotes barely worked, adding frustration to our experience. the experience with the hotel shuttle service was disappointing as we were overcharged for fees we did not incur. The lack of accountability from the staff left us feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the overall service. while the Embassy Suites had some positive aspects like a good breakfast and a convenient location, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service detracted from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

We hit up the Gangster Museum and Buckstaff Bathhouse nearby, super cool spots! The free breakfast fueled our adventures. The spacious suite was perfect for chilling with the crew before hitting the town. Definitely a vibe!
We wished there was a happening rooftop bar with live music for a late-night turn up.

The location was convenient, with everything close by and a free shuttle service. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with room changes promptly upon arrival.
The hotel itself seemed outdated and in need of renovation. Our room had issues like worn carpets, dirty curtains, and uncomfortable furniture.

The staff was super cool and helpful. Free breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day – the omelettes were fire.
It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but it was worth it.

Rooms are spacious with a nice seating area. Loved the air conditioning and everything like the microwave and refrigerator. The spa facilities are awesome with a fitness centre and massage options. Free breakfast was super good. Enjoyed the happy hour too, despite some snack issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room featured a separate living area, which enhanced comfort significantly. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip necessitating a new mattress. Carpet and couch cleanliness left much to be desired, with dog hair present. Lighting was poor, affecting the overall ambiance. The shower had excellent pressure and helped balance the experience. Noise levels were manageable, promoting rest. The elevators were fast and responsive. Breakfast could be improved; uncovered eggs invited flies. Staff were friendly and quick to accommodate issues. Parking was crowded, and the $10 fee felt excessive for the overall experience.

Had a blast during my biz trip! Breakfast was top-notch with delicious omelets and free snacks. The spacious room and cleanliness were excellent, and the location was super handy for exploring local attractions.
The Wi-Fi wasn't free, bummed me out a bit. Also, the lack of available staff at times was noticeable, especially during the day.

The hotel's location made it easy for us to attend our cheer competition just steps away. Despite some minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Convenient location. Breakfast was a hit; loving the friendly staff. Caitlyn stood out—she handled the busy night like a pro. Rooms are spacious and generally clean. our suite had issues. Water damage and an old, sinking couch diminished our experience, especially compared to previous stays. The décor feels outdated; a refresh is needed. Parking was a challenge. The pool was too cold. On our last day, service was slow, and there was a misunderstanding about shuttle pricing. Breakfast quality didn’t match the brand’s reputation. This place has potential to shine, but attention to upkeep and a better breakfast experience would elevate it significantly. Will reconsider our future bookings.

Kids loved T-Rex Fun Spot, full of excitement and laughter. The staff at the hotel breakfast area truly made our mornings delightful.
My kids wished for more organized kids' activities.

Enjoyed spacious rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary drinks, and grab-and-go breakfast. The Spa Botanica offers excellent massages. Pool open and enjoyable. Music in the atrium and friendly guests.
Felt very cared for, no reason to complain.

I enjoyed the free breakfast and evening reception, along with the pool and fitness center. The spa treatments were top, notch. The hotel's dining options were delightful. The gift shop had unique finds. Late check, out was a nice touch.
Disappointing , the fountain ran out of Dr Pepper and the ketchup dispensers were empty.

The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the Gangster Museum of America, which was the main reason for my trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the available cable programming and MP3 docking stations with wired and wireless internet access. , I enjoyed the menu of American classics and familiar favorites at Bistro 400.
Poor view from upgraded suite.
